Our Mission
West Virginia Sober Living helps recovering individuals reintegrate into society with accountability at its core. Our program fosters strong relationships, transparency, honesty, and integrity, promoting connectedness and communal responsibility. Residents gain independence and responsibility, financially and emotionally, as they become the person they want to be. Our sober living houses offer a safe, supportive, and caring environment to start a lifestyle of recovery and develop healthy relationships in the active recovery communities. Our homes provide the freedom to grow spiritually and the structure to ensure that recovery is the top priority.
Our sober living houses provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents to begin living a lifestyle of recovery and developing healthy new relationships in the active recovery communities. Our homes afford residents the freedom to develop spiritually and the structure to assure that their recovery remains the number one priority.
Where We’re Located
West Virginia Sober Living operates six homes, including two for men and one for women in Morgantown and one for women and children, one for women, and one for men in the Charleston area, with plans to open more homes in the future. Each home has a certified recovery coach as a house manager, and we prioritize the safety of our residents by closely monitoring our facilities with closed-circuit cameras covering the perimeter and common living areas. Browse our gallery to see our living quarters and group outings.
Our homes are West Virginia Alliance of Recovery Residences (WVARR) certified. Visit their website to learn more.
