Mental Health Care Heroes
We are so excited to have our very own Jon Dower featured in WV Living Magazine ‘s feature of “Mental Health Care Heroes” sponsored by Moodr Health . In the feature Jon discusses not only his own recovery journey, but also how we can use education as a tool to help us help others.
“I want to be able to help everyone, which is not realistic or attainable. But if I’m in a classroom teaching 30 human beings, I can have a ripple effect by sharing the skills and the underlying fabric of how to treat this condition.”
